Yes! All web hosting plans include a 30 day money
back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your
service for any reason, you will receive a full
refund (minus any setup fees or extra service fees)
if you cancel your account within 30 days of the
activation.

2. How can I pay for my account? |

We accept Check, Money Orders, as well as VISA,
Master Card, Discover Card and American Express.

3. Does it cost extra to move my domain from another provider to your service? |

There are no charges involved in transfering a
domain from another provider through Network Solutions.
We submit a request for domain modification free of charge.

4. Will my site have any downtime if I move a site from another provider? |

There will be no downtime for transferred accounts.

5. What free tech support do I get? |
 |
 |
We have a tech support section online which
should help with most problems. We do offer free
support for account setup and logging into accounts,
and configuration issues. We guarantee support
response within 24 hours.

6. What is your billing cycle? |
 |
 |
Seniram customers have the option of paying by
credit card or receiving an invoice. Customers paying by
credit card will be billed on a monthly basis at the
beginning of their monthly cycle. Customers who pay by
check or money order are billed on a quarterly basis and
are expected to pay by the start of their quarterly cycle.
For quarterly billing cycles, payment must be received
within 30 days, for monthly cycles payment must be received
within 15 days. The term of the contract is the term of your
billing cycle and there is no refund for unused time.

7. How do I cancel an account? |

Seniram customers may cancel their account prior to
the next billing cycle. Monthly billing cycle
customers must cancel their account prior to the 1st of the
following month. Ex. Cancel by January 31 for February.
Quarterly billing cycle customers must cancel by the 1st
of the next billing cycle. Ex. Cancel by March 31 for
April - June service. If service is not canceled prior to
the next billing cycle then the customer will be billed for
the next cycle. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

8. What is your refund policy? |

Refunds will only be given for prepaid accounts
that are canceled prior to the beginning of a
billing cycle. Accounts that are canceled prior to
the next billing cycle will not be charged. Please
see Canceling Accounts for more information.

9. What is your delinquent Account policy? |
 |
 |
Please be aware that accounts which reach 30 days
past due will be charged a $15.00 late fee. When
an account on a quarterly billing cycle reaches
45 days past due, it will be placed on
Administrative Hold. The account will be suspended
when it reaches 60 days past due. For monthly
billing cycles, Administrative Hold happens after
the account is 15 days delinquent and suspension
occurs after 30 days. Accounts on Administrative
Hold will not receive any technical support and
their FTP or publishing access will be denied.
When accounts are suspended, the web site is
disconnected and there is a $50.00 reinstatement fee.
After 90 days all files will be deleted from the system.
