This Customer Marketing System was designed to track and group customers and their companies in a
manner that allowed for easy file access and searching. The customer desired a web
application that moved as speedily as possible and remained efficient for their employees.
That meant displaying as much information on the screen as possible without causing a
performance hit. The site made use of scrolling grids that contained the appropriate
summary information and allowed for quick retrieval of detailed information without constant
page loading.
It required the ability to create mail merged Microsoft Word documents combined with
back end database information. Users needed the ability to create these documents as
quickly as possible and then have the system automatically open up the document for
further edits, facsimile transmission, or printing.

those companies. The application uses a tab based layout that allows for easy

cost effective as possible.
